Local products and the best wines of the region
The cuisine at our hotel restaurant is based on local roots, seeking to show off the flavours of local produce.
We are constantly innovating to offer our guests a different menu. Our suggestion includes five dishes, made with ingredients from local market gardens in the South of the Campo de Tarragona, as well as from the fishing ports of Ametlla de Mar, Cambrils or the Costa de l’Ebre, where traditional fishing still takes place.
Due to our proximity to the Priorat region, our wine list is mainly made up of DO Montsant and DOQ Priorat wines. Without forgetting other denominations of Catalan origin such as DO Tarragona, DO Terra Alta or DO Costers del Segre. As well as from the rest of Spain, such as DO Rioja or DO Ribera del Duero.
