A natural park of singular beauty
The Delta of the Ebre is a natural park one in a kind. It has a particular beauty. This place is designated Unesco’s heritage in 1993. The park is of international importance for 8 of its plant species and 69 of its vertebrate fauna.
It has some 95 breeding species of birds and is also very important for over 300 species of wide range of transient and overwintering species.
The Ebro Delta has the world’s largest colony of Andouin’s gulls.
When you go there you will be enchanted by the smell of the large rice fields you will see. In the Delta you will find very hospitable villages with a special charm, beautiful landscapes and contrasts.

You can do numerous activities, sportive, cultural and leisure. We recommend to take a walk for the tip of the Fangar. This place looks a bit like the desert with its peculiar dunes extending 6 km along the seaside.
When you cruise through the Delta you will meet Flamingo’s, Andouin’s gull, Great Crested Grebe, Balearic Shearwater, Little Grebe, Night Heron, Cattle Egret, Little Egret, Great White Egret, Grey Heron, Glossy Ibis and many more.
